The Port Huron Complex consists of two facilities, each approximately 65,000 ft2.

Plant 1, which was the first HP Pelzer plant in North America (NAFTA), began production in the fall of 1995. Typical manufacturing processes include auto vacuum molding, closed pour PU foam processing and 3-D Trimming Operations. The facility also custom blends it's own polyol formulations for specific automotive applications.

Plant 5 began production in early 2005 and is a three shift operation primarily focusing on interior show surface components, such as full Vehicle Carpets and Package Trays. Other processes include open pour PU Foam Processing, Thermoforming, Compression Molding, Lamination, 3-D Trimming.
