The
Puebla
facility began production in the fall of 1991. Puebla, located
approximately 100 miles from Mexico City, was recently re-grouped to be
included with the rest of the North American facilities.
This
is a three-shift operation, producing molded resinated cotton
fiber, Thermoplastic fiber and molded PU foam trays, trunk components
and engine component sound insulations. Manufacturing processes include
felt processing, foam line, compression molding and 3-D trimming.
The
current plant size is +162,000 ft2.
