	The Eudora facility began production in August of 2001. This facility is located approximately 45 minutes west of the Kansas City Airport and 15 minutes from Lawrence, Kansas. This is a three-shift operation, producing molded urethane foam backed automotive floor carpets. Our fully automated manufacturing capabilities include carpet molding, robotic open-pour foaming, dielectric sealing, water jet trimming and manufacturing of non-woven carpet. Currently this plant is +119,000 ft2 with potential to expand to +300,000ft2.
